HWY A1A, FORT PIERCE, FL 34949 SLC BLDG. DEPT. PERMIT NUMBER: 2106-0415 PROJECT NAME: Bryn Mawr Condominiums Concrete Repairs 2021 – Bldg. C DATE: October 19, 2021 CLIENT: Elliott Merrill Community Management LOCATION: Fort Pierce, FL CONTRACTOR: Daniello & Associates, Inc. PROJECT MGR: Mr. Chris Arias INSPECTED BY: Todd Rhoten WEATHER: Sunny WORK INSPECTED: • Limited access balconies – Units 201, 401, 601, 801, & 901. OBSERVATIONS: Unit 201 • Edge repair required at the north balcony and a there is a small ceiling spall at the east balcony. • The new waterproofing and topcoat have been placed at the edge repair to match the surrounding areas. • Stucco finish has been applied to the repaired areas. Unit 401 • A total of (56) corroded fasteners from old shutter tracks were removed at the west facing balcony. Unit 601 • The surface spall adjacent to the east facing sliding glass door has been repaired. • The sliding glass doors did not require removal, as the corrosion did not go into the unit. Unit 801 • The temporary wall inside the unit has been removed. • The sliding glass doors and adjacent hurricane shutters have been re-installed. • Repairs to the balcony include ceiling spalls (inside and outside of unit) and partial surface and edge spalls. Unit 901 • The loose & cracked stucco was removed from the north facing concrete column. • The column was found to be sound, and the stucco was replaced.
