WORK INSPECTED:
Concrete pre-pour at the common walkways – 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 8th, and 9th floors.
OBSERVATIONS:
• Loose concrete has been chipped and removed at all floors as indicated in permit drawings.
• Reinforcing was exposed and found to be in serviceable condition and with minor corrosion.
• Reinforcing bars have been cleaned and painted with the approved corrosion inhibitor.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
• Concrete placement is approved for all common walkway spalls.
