Dear Mr. Ingram;
Enclosed please find the following revised information submitted on behalf of an application for a new
septic tank and drainfield system for the proposed religious facility located at 2020 East Midway Road,
Fort Pierce, Florida.
• Three (3) copies of the original Septic & Drainfield Plan.
• Three (3) copies of the Proposed Floor Plans.
• One (1) check in the amount of $545.00
• One (1) copy of the Warranty Deed.
• Three (3) copies of the Septic Tank & Drain Field Calculations.
• One (1) copy of the Application for Construction Permit (84015 Page 1).
The proposed facility consists of a 3,931 s.f. single story worship facility to accommodate 150 persons.
The site consists of 0.92 acres with the proposed facility and 0.26 acres of impervious surface and dry
detention area which will discharge to the N.S.L.R.W.C.D. Canal #22 located on the west side of the
property.
