1. SHEET S-101- The ramp shows a curb symbol at the passenger loading zone (covered drop off), this is not
consistent with the Site Plan designed by Ladyko Design Group and does not meet accessibility
requirements.

2. SHETS S-101-Thickened edge details (1), (2) and (3)-the Reinforcement in Footers is inconsistent with
Wall Sections (G), (F) and (G) on sheet s-104.

3. Sheet S-104 -The Roof Deck material is inconsistent- Seethe Typical Exterior Wall Section on the right of
the sheet. Two different notes call out different roof sheathing materials. Note 1- "5/8" PLYWOOD ROOF
DECK W/8D @ 6" O.C.". Note 2- "MINIMUM 22 GUAGE STEEL ROOFING PANELS SHALL BE SECURED 6"
O.C. TO STRUCTURAL SUPPORTS SPACED A MAXIMUM DISTANCE OF 5' O.C...."
These are different notes one for Plywood roofing deck and the other for roofing panels. However, Per
our conversation on August 17th I explained they were two separate notes. As to not complicate the......'
review process, the roofing panel note has been removed and the architectural drawings take precedence
on the roofing panel composition.
4. Sheet S-104 -There is an unknown/untagged u-block with reinforcing in the typical exterior wall sections,
please call out the height of this beam and size of reinforcing.
