Sheet S-104 -The Roof Deck material is inconsistent- Seethe Typical Exterior Wall Section on the right of the sheet. Two different notes call out different roof sheathing materials. The sanctuary has 148 occupants and the other spaces has 48. Therefore, the total occupant load is 196. 2 Accessibility (ADA) requirements are met- The Civil site plans shows the required Site Plan updated- Engineering/Water accessible parking. The Architectural Quality Department still has not approved. sheets indicate the required accessibility details. 3 Copy of the Fire Sprinkler & Alarm permit Since the occupant load is less than 300, no fire sprinkler system is required for this building.
