Wood ZAC screws as per manufacturer's specifications. 'Bid includes taxes, permit fees, labor and materials. "Onshore Roofing will remove all debris on a daily basis to maintain a clean and safe job site. 'All work performed will be done according to manufacturer's specifications and current codes. 'A 10 year No Leak Workmanship Warranty and any applicable manufacturer's warranties will be forwarded upon receipt of final payment. `A 30 year Polyglass Underlayment, Manufacturer's Warranty. 25 year Metal, Manufacturer's Warranty.
