This letter serves as permission from Avalon Beach Owners Association Inc. for Scott and
Natalya Raimis o c mbine-lots-l$&`l 'iv, ith St Lucie County in Avalon Beach PUD. The basis
of this support is fort e Ra'mistt-'Fr 1 custom home across the 2 lots. The Raimist's will
be permitted to begin the process once they have legally closed on the lots. All requirements of
the Architectural Review Committee will continue to be enforced and upheld for approval of the
to be constructed home. All conditions of the PUD in reference to building must be met as well.
Another condition of support is the Raimist's to submit for the lot combination immediately
upon closing and begin construction within 1 year. All benefits and support from the HOA,
including I HOA dues for the 2 lots, will expire if construction on the single home that spans 2
lots is not started within 1 year.
