That said property shall be considered as one plot and parcel of land and that no portion of said plot and parcel of land shall be sold, transferred, devised, or assigned separately except in its entirety as one plot or parcel of land unless it is in conformance with St. Lucie County Land Development Code. Subject property is described as follows: Parcel 1: A parcel of land lying in Section 18, Township 36 South, Range 41 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning on the West shore of the Indian River 483 feet South of the North line Government lot 4; thence run West, a distance of 387.12 feet; thence South 200 561 00" East, a distance of 107.07 feet; thence East, a distance of 377.12 feet to said West shore; thence meander 108.00 feet, more or less, along said West shore to the Point of Beginning, excepting therefrom the right of Way for Indian River Drive. PID 3518-432-0007-000/5 Parcel 2: A parcel of land lying in Section 18, Township 36 South, Range 41 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: From Westerly shoreline of Indian River 483 feet South of North line of Government Lot 4 run Westerly 387.12 feet to Point of Beginning; thence continue Westerly to a point 25 feet East of Easterly Road Right of Way line of FEC Railroad; thence Northerly 105.13 feet; thence Easterly to a point 300 feet West of Westerly Road Right of Way line of Indian River Drive; thence North 20' 56' 00" West 107.07 feet to Point of Beginning. The undersigned further agrees that this condition, restriction and limitation shall be deemed a covenant running with the land, and shall remain in full force and effect, and be binding upon the undersigned, their heirs and assigns. 3.
