Shoring Inspection Letter - CIP Second Level Slab
Per your request, we have inspected the installed shoring for the Cast in Place Second Level Slab
System. The shoring complies with the ACI Building Code, ACI Formwork for Concrete, and
CSM shoring drawings dated 5-11-2021. The installed shoring for the cast in place second level
slab system has been inspected and found to be structurally adequate. The installed shoring has
been approved.
