Horton Homes Creekside Phase 2 Lot 22 To Whom It May Concern, We were notified of the existing field conditions of the CMU overhanging the slab at the above listed project. Please refer to the following repair below. H) Masonry Walls Overhanging Foundation A/2" to 4-1/2". In locations where exterior masonry walls are overhanging the foundation, contractor shall install 2-1/2" Tapcons into the side of the foundation 12" O.C. Horizontally and 8" O.C. Vertically staggered with 3" space between top row and top of slab. Retain 1/8"-114" gap between the head of the Tapcon and the face of the foundation. Using formboards, apply concrete bonding agent and use 3000 psi non shrink grout to fill the overlap space below the wall the full height of the footer.
