continue North 88'59'40" East, 660.00 feet; thence South 01'00'20" East, 330.00 feet;
thence South 88'59'40" West, 660.00 feet to the East right of way line of Germany
Canal Road; thence North 01'00'20" West along the East right of way line of Germany
Canal Road, 330.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
