WORK INSPECTED:
• Limited access balconies – Units 104 & 506.
OBSERVATIONS:
Unit 104
• (2) Surface spalls adjacent to the living room sliding glass doors have been repaired.
• Loose topping adjacent to the master bedroom sliding glass doors removed and no spalls were found.
• The new waterproofing basecoat has been placed at the repaired areas.
Unit 506
• Column spall repaired at the south facing sliding glass door.
• Loose stucco in wall adjacent to south facing sliding glass door has been removed and replaced, and no spalls
were found.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
• Provide a paint primer on the new stucco at all repaired areas.
• Relocate the swing stage to the 05 stack to repair the final two balconies (Units 105 & 805).
