The modules are connected into 30 ENPHASE IQ7PLUS-72-2-USMICROINVERTERS. The inverter has electronic maximum power point tracking tomaximize energy captured by the PV modules. The inverter also has an internalground fault detection and interruption device that is set to disconnect the array inthe event that a ground fault that exceeds one ampere should occur. The inverterhas DC and AC disconnect integrated system and labels are provided as required bythe National Electrical CodeWhen the sun is shining, power from the PV array is fed into the inverter, where it is converted from DC to AC. The inverter output is then used to contributeto the power requirements of the occupancy. If PV power meets the requirementsof the loads of the occupancy, any remaining PV power is sold back to the utility. When utility power is available, but PV power is not available, building loads aresupplied by the utility. The inverter meets the requirements of IEEE 1547 and UL 1741.MicroinvertersPV ModulesPoint ofUtilityConnectionUtility MeterJunctionBoxFigure 1: PV System Block DiagramSection..............Elevation ...........Detail ................Detail ................(Enlarged Plan)Keyed Notes ..........Ground Terminal .....Grounding Point/rod....Solar Panel ......... orCombiner Box ..........AC Disconnect ..........Main DistributionPanel ......................Fuse ......................Overcurrent Breaker ..Inverter ....................Transformer .............Automatic ...............Transfer SwitchXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XX1CBACDMDP Sheet where section is located Detail ID Letter Sheet where section is located Detail ID Letter Sheet where section is located Detail ID Letter Sheet where section is locatedArea to be enlargedKeyed note designationon applicable sheetATS00Module with SourceCircuit numberVent, Attic fan(Roof obstruction)PV Roof AttachmentTrussesConduitFire AccessAC Alternating CurrentAPPROX ApproximateAWG American Wire GaugeCB Combiner BoxDC Direct CurrentACD AC DisconnectDISC Disconnect(E) ExistingEL ElevationEQ EqualJB Junction BoxMCB Main Combiner BoxMFR ManufacturerMIN MinimumMISC Miscellaneous(N) NewOCPD OverCurrent Protection DevicePOCC Point Of Common CouplingPV PhotovoltaicSF Squarefoot/feetSTC Standard Test ConditionsTBD To Be DeterminedTYP TypicalUnless Noted Otherwise VIF Verify In FieldWP Weather ProofBatteryBATUtility meterUMGPGeneration PanelMDPMain Distribution PanelSoladeckSDNAVD North American Vertical datumUNOMID Microgrid Interconnect DeviceREVSHEET NAMESHEET SIZESHEET NUMBERHOLLOWAY RESIDENCE PROJECT INSTALLERSignature with SealANSI B11" X 17"DATEDESCRIPTIONREVISIONSPROJECT NAMEA-00CASTILLO ENGINEERINGSERVICES, LLCCOA # 28345620 N.
