A DATE: November 3, 2021 CLIENT: Elliott Merrill Community Management LOCATION: Fort Pierce, FL CONTRACTOR: Daniello & Associates, Inc. PROJECT MGR: Mr. Chris Arias INSPECTED BY: Todd Rhoten WEATHER: Sunny WORK INSPECTED: Limited access balconies – Units 102, 201, 206, 301, 302, 401, 506, 604, 701, 705 & 901. OBSERVATIONS: • We walked the balconies with the on-site property maintenance manager and the contractor to mark out the areas for repair according to the permitted documents. • The swing stage placed and secured at the 01 stack. • Chipping of spalling concrete to start next week. RECOMMENDATIONS: • Hurricane shutters to be removed at the following units: o Unit 102 at master bedroom sliding glass door, south door jamb. o Unit 201 top track at east edge. o Unit 301 at master bedroom sliding glass door. o Unit 901 at west facing kitchen nook sliding glass door. • Unit 604 – Sliding glass door panels and top track to be removed and a temporary wall placed at the living room sliding glass door to repair ceiling spall. • All areas of repair shall be verified by the Engineer of Record prior to new concrete placement. ______________________________ _________________________________ Michael Lue, P.E.
