office address is 900 Easton Ave Ste 26 #142, Somerset, NY 08873 herein called the Grantor, to Robert J. Grieco
Sr., a married man whose post office address is 5844 Honeybell Court, Fort Pierce, FL 34982, hereinafter called
the Grantee:

Declaration of Condominium recorded in 0. R. Book 386, Page 817, and all exhibits and amendments
thereof, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Subject to casements, restrictions and reservations of record and taxes for the year 2021 and thereafter
and the Declaration of Condominium described above, including any amendments or attachments
thereto which the Grantee herein agrees to observe and perform and including but not limited to the
payment of assessments for the operation of said condominium..
TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditanlents and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND, the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee that the Grantor is lawfully seized ot'said land in fee simple;
that the Grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land, and hereby warrants the title to said
land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of all
encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 2020.
