Savanna Club Eagles Landing Meter/Panel Replacement
WE HEREBY propose to furnish labor and materials for the above referenced project for the sum of:
Two thousand three hundred fifty &00/100 Dollars ($2,350.00)
With payment(s) to be made as follows: Net 30
All work shall be executed in a workmanlike manner in accordance with accepted standard practices. Any alterations or deviations
involving additional or extra costs will be executed only upon written authorization from the Owner or Owner's Representative and will
become an extra charge to the original contract Proposal.
THIS PROPOSAL is valid for 30 Days and shall become void at the option of the undersigned.

Inclusions, exclusions, clarifications, and qualifications are as follows:
SCOPE OF WORK:
-Coordinate and schedule the FPL power shutdown.
-Provide an electrical permit plan, permit, and permit fees.
-Remove the existing supports, meter and panel that is rusted out.
-Install new Unistrut supports for the meter and panel.
-Provide and install a new 200A single phase meter can.
-Provide and install a new 100A single phase, main breaker, outdoor panel with breakers.
-Install two new 5/8"x 8'ground rods per code with new #8 bare ground wire sleeved in sch80 conduit.
-Install a new 1 1/2"PVC conduit and 341 copper wires between the meter and panel.
-Reuse the existing 2"underground FPL feeder.
-Reuse the underground branch circuit conduits and install them into the panel to terminate on breakers.
CLARIFICATIONS:
-Work to be performed during normal hours of operation.
-Existing underground electrical pipe and wiring to remain existing.
Acceptance of Proposal
THE ABOVE proposed sum, conditions and qualifications are hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the electrical work as
specified with payments remitted in accordance with this Proposal.
