Repair to termite damage walls

Remove termite damage 2A studs and 5/8 cdx plywood and metal strapping as needed

Reuse or replace existing metal Simpson strapping 0 Cn

Install wire lath and stucco on exterior and 1/2 drywall on interior wall n
Repair damaged fire framing and trusses V)

Remove fire damaged headers and studs as needed , replace with new material
Reinstall existing Simpson metal strapping
Install new 2 x 12 yellow pine to bottom cord of trusses from fire damage as needed
Nails 2 x 1 2 yellow pine 4 inches on center
staggered across bottom cord of truss
Fasten 2 x 12 at ends of wall with Simpson MTS 12 straps
