If he gives you any grief please have him call you. He had an ATF permit years ago which does not
excuse him for obtaining a new permit for his house and the removal he has to do now.

Hello Lynn,
The Owner/Builder on this project states that he already has a Vegetation Permit for his property. I'm
checking to make sure that is a valid statement. If so,would you mind signing off the Environmental
Review? And if not, please let me know so that I can let him know he needs to submit it.
