We hired a 3rd party firm to complete a Pile integrity test which they recommended we do and it passed on all piles in questions. Furthermore the reason why the strokes were less on some pile was due to my pump operator speeding up the pump in order to catch up due to concrete standing by and not wanting to loose any trucks. Please see attached pump specs where you can see our pump specs under the TK70 where it clear states our pump is capable of doing 74 yd/hr which we are only using about ¼ of its potential. Based on KSM report we are suppose to maintain .613 cf/ stroke in order to get the correct amount of strokes of 77. When we sped up our pump it only change to a .681 cf/stroke on the lowest recorded pumps to achive the same exact amount of grout per pile. We are talking about a miniscule change in volume.
