It is a violation of Fort Pierce Utilities Authority Resolution 97-7 and Florida Criminal .Statute
812.14 to engage in unauthorized tampering or theft of utility facilities furnished by the Fort
Pierce Utilities Authority. This includes removing or relocating a hydrant meter, use of water from
an unmetered hydrant, or use of water from any other unmetered location. Willful[ violation of
there Resolutions and Statutes may result in the application of a tampering fee and/or
prosecution through the Civil or Criminal Court System.
