St. Lucie County, FL Permit #:SCE 60�7-02y2© Gentlemen: Installation of the auger cast pilings for the above referenced residence was performed on November 15'' 2006. These pilings were drilled to the depth specified on the approved plans and reinforcing steel installed accordingly. This work was done in strict accordance with the applicable portions of 1810.3.3 of the Florida Building Code 2004 edition. The equipment used met or exceeded the requirements of this specification.
