The development of this recreation path shall be in manner and form consistent with the development plans for the Indian River Lagoon Trace Recreation Trail project developed by St. Lucie County, the terminal points of which shall be the north side of the Middle Cove Beach Access property and the southern limits of any alterations being made, or previously made to SR A-1-A associated with this project.
