notice. Authorized work must conform to the project description, approved plans, all the conditions of
Chapter 62B-33, Florida Administrative Code, any preconstruction requirements, and all permit "
conditions.
Project Description: Construction of a single-family dwelling, other structures/activities/activities,
excavation, and fill placement.
Project Location: Between approximately 25 feet and 65 feet south of the Department of Environmental
Protection's reference monument R-66, in St. Lucie County. Project Address: 5032 Watersong Way, Ft.
Pierce.
Special Instructions: A preconstruction conference is required. The permittee shall comply with all permit
conditions.
