as a "Letter of No Objection" for your permit to the FDEP for the above referenced
parcel and proposed single family home. The proposed construction of a single family
home is consistent with the approved Planned Unit Development for Watersong and
with the required setbacks and is consistent with the State approved Local
Comprehensive Plan.

consistent with the State approved Local Comprehensive Plan.

Dear Ms. Bushby:

We are in the process of submitting to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection an
"Application for Construction Seaward of the Coastal Construction Control Line or Fifty -Foot
Setback" for construction of a single family residence at 4804 Watersong Way (Parcel Number:
2532-500-0046-000-9). Enclosed please find two (2) copies of the site plan (both 24x36 and
8.5x11 formats) showing the proposed construction along with two (2) copies of the survey.
As part of the application to the FDEP, we are requesting a letter from you stating "that the
proposed activity as submitted to the Bureau does not contravene local setback requirements,
zoning or building codes, and is consistent with the state approved Local Comprehensive Plan".
In addition, we will need you to reference the date of the plans (Cl Date 2/22/13; C2 Date
2/22/13; C3 Date 2/22/13; C4 Date 2/22/13: C5 Date 2/22/13) and include one of the attached
8.5 x 11 copy of the plans with the letter you issue.
