This letter includes corrections/amendments to the original design and build plans submitted for the
construction of wooden deck that has been built at 10701 S.Ocean Drive Lot#37, Jensen Bch. FL 34957.
(1) First correction is the lag bolts for attaching the rim of the deck frame to the wood rim of the house
utilizing exterior rated Spax Brand 4"Washer Head power lag screws.. Model#458120701007
2 Second correction is the actual dimensions of the wooden deck as constructed are as follows the
actual projection of the long side of the deck frame is 100"and the cantilever over the top of the support
