HomeMy WebLinkAboutPool FenceThis is a brief overview of the technical speciffications associated with the Life Saver removable mesh fenceing. Comprehensive engineering reports on the individual components and the complete structure. 1. The Life Saver Pool Fence is 4' high and 15' long -with poles spaced every 3: 2.The Poles are made ofT-6 aircraft grade aluminum with a X reinforcement though the pole. 3.Our mesh fabric meets or exceeds all ASTM standards. 4.One end of the barrier is attached in such a manner that a tool must be required to remove it. 5.The the barrier must be installed no less than 20"from the waters edge. 6. An independent engineering company tested the structural integrity of our assembled fence sections. It has met or exceeded all appropriate ASTM standards, ASTM D5034, and is in compliance with Florida Building Code Residential Edition R4501.17.1.15 7. ASTM F2286-5 Para 4.12 directs that screws be placed no more than 6"apart. The screws holding our moldings to the poles are placed at 5 1/2"apartfor durability. 1" 48" 36" 36" 36" 36" 36" Our mesh is edged with a two inch piece of marine quality binding, and sewn with a marine quality thread. * The mesh is fastened to the poles using a piece of molding that is 49".
