Fort Pierce, Florida
I have turned in a building permit as of this date for the construction of a single family home on the
above captioned property located West of Fort Pierce. It obviously•!nvolves a septic tank permit. The
application for said permit is STILL pending at the St. Lucie County Health Department and will be for
probably another month.
The last time I had this situation,Mr. Harvey allowed the permit to be submitted and the septic
documents to"catch up"with the building permit once they were issued.

Good morning, Lydia
Please see Mr.Allen's email below regarding access to his property. The Allen's are requesting that the building permit
be issued under the determination of a Nonconforming Lot of Record with an access easement from Brocksmith
Road. The research for the NCLOR determination has been completed.
They will be applying for an access easement from the NSLRWCD. Should the NSLRWCD not grant the access easement
they will revise the survey removing the driveway to the drainage districts right-of-way.
Please let me know if you have any questions or require additional information to be able to issue the building permit.
