It obviously•!nvolves a septic tank permit. The application for said permit is STILL pending at the St. Lucie County Health Department and will be for probably another month. The last time I had this situation,Mr. Harvey allowed the permit to be submitted and the septic documents to"catch up"with the building permit once they were issued. The Allen's are requesting that the building permit be issued under the determination of a Nonconforming Lot of Record with an access easement from Brocksmith Road. The research for the NCLOR determination has been completed. They will be applying for an access easement from the NSLRWCD. Should the NSLRWCD not grant the access easement they will revise the survey removing the driveway to the drainage districts right-of-way.
