Plan review conditions dated 03/02/2021 were addressed as outlined in Appendix A — Response to Comments and as shown in the revised drawing sheet dated 11/15/2021. All changes as outlined in Appendix A pertaining to the drawing set have been clouded and shown on the marked -up resubmittals. Please advise if you have any questions and/or. comments regarding the information contained within. Include details of the swells with dimensions and elevations pursuant to 107.1 of the florida building code 7th edition 2020 ■ Comment addressed by others. 2. The plans do not indicate the building code cycle used for design of the structure. 107 FBC 2020 7th ed. ■ Noted on "Applicable Codes", Sheet CS-1.0 3. Product approval 16-0510.25 has expired. Submit a current PA for this product. 107 FBC 2020 7th ed. ■ Noted on C&C Product Approval Numbers Sheet CS-1.0 4. Product approval noted on page A-2.1 do not match the ones on page CS 1.0 nor the product approval affidavit. Correct or remove. 107 FBC 2020 7th ed. ■ Product Approval Numbers now match between Sheet CS-1.0 and A-2.1.
