'This letter is in response to the comments sent by St. Lucie County Building and Code Regulation
Division regarding the 8403 Coquina Ave. design submittal. Plan review conditions dated 03/02/2021
were addressed as outlined in Appendix A — Response to Comments and as shown in the revised
drawing sheet dated 05/24/2021.
All changes as outlined in Appendix A pertaining to the drawing set have been clouded and shown
on the marked -up resubmittals.
Please advise if you have any questions and/or comments regarding the information contained within.

Appendix A — Revl Issue Comments

1. Please update all of the old Florida building code references. On multiple sheets.
Review every sheet, revise and resubmit
■ Code dates updated on various pages.
2. Three different product approval schedules were provided. Remove the schedules
that do not apply and re -submit with one schedule.
■ Product approval info now matches between CS-1 and A-1.0.
3. - Provide a site drainage plan show:
All new grade elevations at the four corners of the house, the drainfield, and four
property corners.
Show the swale profile at the side yard, back yard and front yard
■ Comment addressed by others.
