B+T Group is pleased to submit this “Tower Construction Completion Letter” regarding the above-mentioned
monopole tower site.
We reviewed the as-built survey dated 1/25/2021, as well as photographs of the new tower taken at various stages
of construction.
Based on review of the as-built survey, site photos, and close-out documentation, the construction of the tower
appears to be in compliance with the permitted plans and was properly installed.
