Work Scope
Remove existing roofs down to sheathing and haul away.
* Replace any rotted, or damaged sheathing (to be documented with photos and reviewed by owner.)
* Re -nail all sheathing to code with galvanized 8D ring shank nails.
" Install new self -adhering underlayment over entire roof surfaces in accordance with product
approvals.
* Install all new flashings: valley, drip -edge, wall flashing, counter flashing, gooseneck vent flashing, bird
stop flashing as needed.
* Install new plumbing boots.
* Install 1" Standing Seam coated Galvalume metal roofing panels.
* InstalI vented ridge where ridge vent already exists.
* Install ridge and hip caps.
* Permitting.
Total Labor and Material- $16,800.00
Payment terms: 1131d down, 1/3'd after dry -in, Balance upon completion.
" Note- No warranty for gaIva Iume metal roofs within 1500 feet of a body of salt water.

* Note- Any sheathing replaced after the first 1 sheets will be charged at $100 per sheet. Any fascia or framing outside of the
