William Durden To: monicamgotti@yahoo.com Cc: Angela Huff, William Durden Subject: Permit Vs 1903-0467 & 1903-0536 Importance: High Mr. and Mrs. Gotti, After review of the submitted document for permit 1903-0536, for the detached garage, I have found that the submitted documents need to be submitted as a revision to the main house permit, #1903-0467. Once you attached the roof line, the structure is part of the main structure not a stand-alone structure. Revised truss drawings and truss engineering, and a revised survey will need to be added to the submitted documents. When the revision is submitted for permit number 1903-0467, permit number 1903-0536 will be voided. An additional fee will be required for permit number 1903-0467, the fees are based on the square footage of the structure and the current ICC fee table. If there are any questions please contact me.
