1. NEED A DEMOLITION PERMIT FOR REMOVAL OF MOBILE HOME

2. PLEASE SUBMIT A CORRECTED DIGITALLY SIGNED SURVEY WITH THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
a. PROPOSED FINISHED FLOOR ELEVATION (MUST BE ELEVATED MINIMUM 18" ABOVE THE CENTERLINE OF ADJACENT ROADWAY).

b. FINISHED FLOOR ELEVATIONS FOR SURROUNDING OCCUPIED PROPERTIES
- We cannot access the surrounding property, I am not sure if anyone lives there. There is a locked gate. There are no other properties adjacent to the home.
c. PROPERTY DIMENSIONS

d. RIGHT AND REAR PROPERTY SETBACKS

e. PARKING SPACES MUST BE CONCRETE, PAVERS OR ASPHALT; PLEASE SHOW WHAT MATERIAL THE SPACES WILL BE
