Dear Ms. Zimmerman,
We have performed a structural assessment of the building roof and existing equipment platform installed
within T-Mobile's equipment lease space at the above referenced address. The assessment is based on
the Construction Drawings by USA Engineering, dated 10/01/2021 and Radio Frequency Data Sheet
(RFDS Version 7) by T-Mobile, dated 07/21/2021, provided by the client. The original building drawings were
not available to us at the time of this assessment.
The existing structure is an equipment platform bearing on the building roof. The platform will carry one (1)
proposed Ericsson 6160 SSC cabinet and one (1) proposed Ericsson 6160 Battery cabinet. No additional
equipment will be added at the T-Mobile electrical panel area. (1) site support cabinet and (1) battery cabinet will
be removed prior to prior to the installation of the proposed equipment.
Looking at this installation from a structural prospective, it is the engineering judgment of this office that the
installation will have no appreciable impact on either the vertical or horizontal loads imposed on
the platform or building rooftop. The equipment platform and rooftop are capable of supporting the proposed
equipment configuration.
No conclusions, expressed or implied, shall indicate that USA Engineering has made an evaluation of the original
design, materials, fabrication, or potential erection deficiencies. In addition, the conclusions expressed herein are
based upon the information contained within the aforementioned documents. Any information contrary to that
assumed for the purpose of preparing this assessment could alter the findings and conclusions as stated.
