Good Morning Andrew, I hope you had a great Thanksgiving holiday. That is all correct and thank you for writing it out. I do have a follow up question pertaining to the electrical aspect of this job. If we were to open a new electrical permit, would that start the whole process over again on electrical which may cause a delay in approval? Thank you, Mitch (631) 255-4459 On Mon, Nov 29, 2021 at 11:53 AM JPI inc<ipiinc@stlucieco.org>wrote: Mitch, My understanding is you spoke to William last Wednesday in regards to issuing the permit. Please confirm you agree with the following. The Description of Work for permit 2105-0728 will be revised to "INSTALLING MARINA. 11,940SQ.FT. *STRUCTURAL& PLUMBING ONLY*". The Building Department will approve the Structural and Plumbing for the permit. The Electrical will be removed from the Scope of Work. The Electrical can be added as a revision to the permit, or could be a separate permit. No Electrical work at all will be allowed until the revision is approved or separate permit is issued. If any separate permits are required for Transformers on separate properties, work in the Right-of-Way, work under AM those will need to be secured. Also note, when the Electrical Design is finalized, there may be additional Structural supports required for the Electrical Enclosures/Panels. Any additional Structural Engineering which will need to be included in the revision or separate permit. Hello Kori, I had a very good call with Walt Pride this morning but if I can speak to you or any of your colleagues to express the importance on moving as fast as we can in having the permit issued it would be greatly appreciated. Should I not hear back before the holiday I hope you have a great Thanksgiving! Hello Andrew, Thank you for getting on this and I also briefly spoke with David today in trying to get ahold of Walt making sure he spoke with Dennis from Beacon from their conversation from last week making sure we're all set with the comments being addressed. I also tried calling Corey from zoning but left him a voice message as well. I have also added some of my colleagues and Brian Horrowitz from the Diamond Sands Team as we are in the home stretch and just need to call for the turbidity curtain inspection and the environmental walk through but will do that once the electrical is approved. Please confirm there is nothing further needed from our end so we may have this electrical portion passed as it has gone on for quite some time. Should I not hear back before the holiday I hope you have a great Thanksgiving everyone! 4 Thank you, Mitch (631) 255-4459 On Tue, Nov 23, 2021 at 3:11 PM JPI inc<jpiinc@stlucieco.org>wrote: Hello, We have been working on a commercial marina for Diamond Sands.
