HomeMy WebLinkAboutC Approved Site PlanNOTE: Diamond Sands Major Development Plan was approved under Development Order 06-160 dated June 271 2006 as a 45 dwelling unit subdivision. The final approval was based on a Major Adjustment to the original 2003 Major Development Plan Approval as a result of the 2004 hurricane impact to the site. The purpose of the requested Major Adjustment is the allowance of a 45-slip boat docking facility in the Indian River for the benefit of the 45 dwelling units. All State and Federal permits have been issued for the proposed facility.
