USING CARLSON SURVEY 2018.
4. THE HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL TARGET ACCURACY FOR THIS
SURVEY EXCEEDS MINIMUM STANDARDS OF PRACTICE PER FLORIDA
ADMINISTRATIVE CODE (F.A.C.) 5J-17-051.
