Good afternoon Mr. Rodriguez,
The first step to acquire new water service with FPUA at 3110 S 22 St is to complete an Annexation
Agreement which goes through our attorney's office. A request was submitted to their office today.
There is a separate $75 fee collected by their office for this process. We (FPUA) cannot accept payment
for install until a clearance letter is provided to us from the attorney as proof this process has been
completed. You may contact their office for further information. Phone number and hours are
provided below.

$60 - deposit
$2,750 — Total
After payment is received, it will take approximately 6-8 weeks for us to install the meter due to the
permitting process and scheduling. Within days after payment, a stake will be placed in the ground on
the property so your plumber will know where to run your side of the service to.
Please Note:
It is the owner's responsibility to seek a plumber to have a service line installed on the customer side
of the property from the house to the meter. Also, after we receive clearance from the attorney, you
will get an email regarding the next steps to take.
Thank you,
Chontae Johnson
