To be attached and form a part of Bond No. BRIFSU0593802 dated the 14th day of April, 2016,
executed by International Fidelity Insurance Compaq as surety, on behalf of TOWER
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION as current principal of record, and in favor of ST. LUCIE
COUNTY, as Obligee, and in the amount of Twenty Five Thousand Dollars and 00/100
($25,000.00}.
In consideration of the agreed premium charged for this bond, it is understood and agreed that
International Fidelity Insurance Company hereby consents that effective from the 2nd day of July,
2021, said bond shall be amended as follows:
THE BOND PENALTY SHALL BE Increased:
FROM: Twenty hive Thousand Dollars and 001100 ($25,000.00)
TO: Thirty Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($30,000.00}
The Increase of said bond penalty shall be effective as of the 2nd day of July, 2021, and does
hereby agree that the continuity of protection under said bond subject to changes in penalty shall
not be impaired hereby, provided that the aggregate liability of the above mentioned bond shall not
exceed the amount of liability assumed by it at the time the act and/or acts of default were
committed and in no event shall such liability be cumulative.

Directors of HARCO NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY at a meeting held on the 13th day of December, 2018.
"RESOLVED, that (1) the Chief Executive Officer, President, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President, Vice President, or Secretary of the
Corporation shall have the power to appoint, and to revoke the appointments of, Attomeys-in-Fact or agents with power and authority as defined or limited
in their respective powers of attorney, and to execute on behalf of the Corporation and affix the Corporation's seal thereto, bonds, undertakings,
recognizances, contracts of indemnity and other written obligations in the nature thereof or related thereto; and (2) any such Officers of the Corporation
