Our office has personally inspected the 10'x 8'x 5"thick 2500 psi concrete slab (walkway)
w/fiber mesh on vapor barrier on clean compacted fill at the above referenced address
and find that all work meets the FBC and FRC 2020, 7th Edition and our engineering
requirements.
