Attachment Requirements:
Based on the requirements of Florida Product Approval # 21423.2 with maximum design
pressures of -76.75psf and -108.5psf; the following are our recommended fastening
patterns to attach the Sunlast Metal 1.5" Clipless Snap Lock Aluminum Roof Panels (15"-
19" widths) to the 15/32" 4-Ply CDX Plywood decking with # 10 Pancake Corrosion
Resistant fasteners with 1/4" minimum penetration through the plywood and seal seams
with Bostik 70-05A 3/8" bead along both sides of clipless seams, full length of panel:
