Dear Mark,
On December 29, 2021, Melissa Blandford- GTA # 18-00064A, performed a 100% GT Survey of
the proposed work area located at the above listed property. This property is identified as Parcel
ID # 3402-609-0237-000-2, 5604 Hickory Drive, Fort Pierce, FL, 34982 Saint Lucie County,
Florida.
This site is classified as .25 acres Developed Open Space. ***There is a discrepancy with the
SLC Property Appraisers website. This location should be confirmed prior to proceeding. ** This
land is bordered by existing residences north, south and east sides. The west side is borderd by
Hickory Drive. There is a white PVC fence bordering the entire site..
This site has been cleard and is covered with grass. There are sparse trees along the
perimeter. There are building materials and other items located throughout the site.
The 100% survey was completed by starting on the northwest corner and heading south to the
southwest corner to designate the north border. Then the survey team located the southwest
and southeast corners to establish a survey polygon. The team runs in 2-3' transect paths east
and west for the entire site until the whole parcel has been surveyed. There were no GT
burrows located during the survey. No further action is required at this time.
Per FWC, silt fence is required to be installed prior to construction to prevent any local GT's
from beginning a new burrow.
If a GT is encountered during work, please cease all machinery work to allow the GT to traverse
the property safely.
This survey is valid for 90 days from date noted on the survey.
