Background. On November 18, 2021, B & B Engineering Inc. was requested by OnShore Roofing Inc. License Roofing CoWractor to certify the proper installation of the 2X4 Sun-Tek 3 Skylights -Certification No. 20-1 123.10 and testing report expiration date 03/13/23 and, the roof sheathing underlayment. Certification. The proposed new re -roof cover systems will be installed over the existing 518" CDX plywood decking attached to the trusses structure. To meet the required wind loading as per ASCE 7-16, Exposure B the plywood sheathing was re -nailed to the existing trusses using galvanized steel 2-3/8" d ring shank mails at 4" on center in the perimeter and 6" oncenter Field. In addition, to meet the required wind load as per 2020 F.B.C. with 165 MPH GUST, also the new roof will be attached over the new installed TU max underlayment with the proper back nailing and trims, as oer Miami -Dade County Code Compliance acceptances, as per manufactures recommendations, the 2020 F.B.C., and the St. Lucie County Building Department Code. CERTIFICATION To the best of our knowledge and professional ability, B & B Engineering Inc. certify that that the subject new 2X4 Sun- Tek Glass Skylights and TU max underlayment were properly installed and its installations are safe and structural sound, and did comply with the 2020 FBC, manufactures instructions, and all applicable governmental regulations.
