Detailed Scope of Work:
Flooring - Remove existing laminate flooring in living room, dining room, master bedroom, guest
bedroom, and closets. Remove tile flooring in kitchen, front foyer, hallway, guest bathroom and master
bathroom. Remove existing baseboards throughout. Prepare concrete floor with ProFlex interior
primer, install ProFiex Sim 90 Sound Isolation Membrane, install Stanton Seaview Glacier vinyl flooring,
install 5.25 inch pine primed baseboards. Existing walls, plumbing, and electrical are not affected.
Typical floor plan layout of Unit B-1 and layout drawing showing square footages of flooring were
provided on 11/12/21.
Bathrooms - Remove Master Bath shower doors, tub, wall tiles, and tub/shower fixture, remove Guest
Bath shower doors, shower pan, wall tiles, and shower fixture. Install liner pan, set drains and rough in
new shower fixtures. Install 1/2 inch Durock wall board with Hydra Seal waterproofing, Pro -Set 42
thinset and tiles with Tec Power grout. Complete installation of shower fixtures. Install shower
doors. Existing, electrical are not affected. See attached layouts and photos for clarification.

Kitchen - Future project, not yet quoted. Remove existing Corian counter and replace
counter/backsplash with Quartz or Granite. Existing walls, plumbing and electrical will not be affected.
PLANS SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS FROM THE UNIT OWNER SHOWS WINDOWS AND DOORS TO BE
EXAMINER 12/1612021 REPLACED. PRODUCT APPROVALS WILL NEED TO BE SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW. SEE
REVIEW SECTION 107 OF THE 2020 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE.
Permit # 2110.0156 was submitted and approved in October 2021.

Unit is part of The Admiral Homeowners Association. All planned work has been submitted and
approved. Letter from The Admiral was provided on 11/12/21.

William, thanks for the quick response. I'll write up a more detailed description of work and provide
a better drawing of the showers project.
The commencement of work was to be sent via email by the clerks office. I'll provide the
documentation I obtained when I filed on 11/12.
We also listed the kitchen counter and backsplash on the permit. Do you need any additional
information or drawing for kitchen?
