I. Completely remove existing roofing materials doom ce sheathing/deck andprepare as needed to ensure s clang solid
saface in which to apply anew roof.
2. Inspect all sheathing and replace any rotten wood. (Esttrnate includes up to 3 sheets plywood sheathing replacement at
no charge, for additional lumber replacement coals, see attached sheet).
3. Insta118-D "ring -shank•• fasteners to existing sheathing/dack to meet current Building Code Requirements.
4. Install (1) ply metal fully adhered uaderlayment system mechanically back nail fastened using approved Instructs per
erode requirements and underlay rcut approval.
5. Install new roofing accessories including: drip edge, flakings, coanter-flashings, Plumbing stack fleshings, vm[
fleshings, and valley metal. (Accessories will be fabricated from 2624 Gauge Galvelribiumn materials.)
6. Seal all penetrations using approved roofing cement and/or sealants.
7. Install new roofing materials/accomories using approved fasteners per code requbemarm.
8. Tbomughly clean project of all `'roofing related debris" and haul away. (Landfill fees arc included).
