After examination of the FEMA maps myself, it appears the subject property is in fact in flood zone " V.
When the job was setup, it was written on the folder incorrectly. I apologize for the mix-up.
You only need 2 corrected copies of the formboard survey?

Julio,
Last week you told our plans examiner Carl Peterson that your surveyor had informed you that the property is not in a
flood zone and therefor you would not need a flood certificate under construction. We removed the inspections for the
flood certification and requested two corrected surveys showing that the property is not in a Flood Zone. We checked
the new FEMA Flood Zone Maps and it seems like the property is indeed not in a flood zone.
Now you are telling me that the Flood Zone AH 19 is correct?
The property is either in a Flood Zone AH 19 and we are required to have a Flood Certificate under construction or the
property is not in a Flood Zone and we will require new surveys showing the correct Flood Zone which should be X if is
not in a Flood Zone.
Please let me know what the correct answer is.

Please provide 2 corrected signed and sealed surveys showing the correct Flood zone. All the surveys in file are
showing Flood Zone AH 19. IF the property is not in a Flood Zone the surveyor needs to show this on the
survey.
Please submit the 2 corrected surveys with attached revision form at the Permitting Department.
