To follow up with the conversation we just had. Mr. John Kosema permit was also a code violation and he did not have
to provide such. His address is 878 Angelfish Drive, Fort Pierce Florida 34949. The permit number is 2105-0049.

Is this new protocol as every person whom has applied for a permit since I have been here in 2017, has not provided
such. Why is Mr. Buysse permit being treated differently then the rest? Please advise? Please look into the following
permits 1902-0413, 2105-0049, 1907-0711, 1911-0087, 1803-0475,1805-0109, 1804-0472 these are just a few that did
not have to provide such. There are many more whom also have gotten permits and have not had to provide such.
Please tell me when this has changed and went into effect so I can provide such to the residents and our land attorney.

to Mr. Buysee I will need a hard copy survey showing the, shed to scale, setbacks and 2 parking spaces. The survey will
need to be approved by Ocean resorts.

Hi Angela,
Resident Jim Buysse asked that I scan and email this to you. Please if I can be of any assistance please let me know, Mr.
Buysse has flown down twice to do the right thing with this shed, Danielle Williams never responded to the last email in
September that we sent her and now he has a voided permit. The question at hand is if our roads are a common area
then the setback per the attached is only 5 feet the way we read? The next question if he has to move his shed once
again, are the side setbacks from the adjacent lots RV from the RV itself or the slides. I truly apologize for the individual
who is calling and making all of these complaints.
