*Window replacements have specific engineer set protocols that must be followed please allow
additional lead time for window /slider replacements
Interior firewalls may not be altered in any way without written permission from the ARC
No structural changes are allowed -no cutting of any concrete floors or columns .Shower drains for
example may not be elongated in the floor
Please note vertical stacks and vents are Regency property .Please notify office if uncovered so they
may be inspected and assessed .
*All interior finishes must show evidence of compliance with Section 804 of the Florida Building Codes

new sliders a St.Lucie Building Permit will be required .Please refer to the St.Lucie County website :
