A Regency Inspection Fee ($25/visit) will be required for the Following Remodel Elements Initial:
Floor Replacement*_ Wall Removal Kitchen Remodel Bathroom Remodel HVAC
Ceiling Replacement_ Window Replacement* Electrical Work (beyond replacing devices)
Gutting or Demo Work Replacing Plumbing: Replacing Hot Water Tank:
Sprinklers
*Window replacements have specific engineer set protocols that must be followed please allow
additional lead time for window/slider replacements
Interior firewalls may not be altered in anyway without written permission from the ARC
No structural changes are allowed -no cutting of any concrete floors or columns. Shower drains for
example may not be elongated in the floor
Please note vertical stacks and vents are Regency property. Please notify office if uncovered so they
may be inspected and assessed.
All interior finishes must show evidence of compliance with Section 804 of the Florida Building Codes

If your project includes demolition, new electrical, new plumbing, sprinkler work, approved firewall work or
new sliders a St. Lucie Building Permit will be required. Please refer to the St. Lucie County website:
