A FENCE IN THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY WILL BE REQUIRED TO CLOSE OFF THE BACK YARD. THE FENCE WILL NEED TO MEET IVREAR SETBACK DUE TO THE 15' EASEMENT. EVEN IF THE RETAINER WALL WOULD BE 4' HIGH, THERE IS A 15' UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT IN THE REAR WHICH WILL LEAVE A 15' GAP AT EACH SIDE OF THE PROPERTY.
