Please be advised that we performed a site visit to inspect the mezzanine structural steel framing
and metal deck on 01/27/22.
Based on our observations we certify that, to the best of our knowledge, the structural steel
framing, metal deck, & welded wire mesh have been placed in substantial conformance with the
design and permit documents.
